**Severe or excessive matting which would requires time consuming or tedious brushing or even a full shave to fix it "might" require an additional fee. We will discuss this and get approval from you before we work on your pup. NO surprise fees. Please discuss this with us beforehand so we can get approval and properly accommodate your dog with the time needed in the spa.
